Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage small to mid-sized electrical projects, including commercial and home remodels, service upgrades, SPAN, Tesla Powerwall installations, lighting updates, control systems, EV chargers & infrastructure, hot tubs, AFCI & other electrical updates, knob & tube rewires and more.
- Clearly communicate with clients to provide effective solutions for their electrical needs.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean van stock.
- Supervise and mentor apprentices of varying experience levels.
- Contribute ideas for workplace improvements and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with office administration and logistics personnel.
Requirements:
- Up-to-date Class A MN Journeyman (Journeyworker) Electrician License.
- Proven experience in residential electrical work.
- Solid understanding of the current NEC (National Electrical Code®).
- Valid MN Driver’s License with no DUI/DWI.
