• How many are replacing existing fixtures?
• Are the new lights already available on-site, or when is expected delivery?
• Are the new lights heavy?

• Are you replacing an existing bath fan or installing a new one?
• Will the install also need duct work and an outside vent? Or are there previous ones already?
• What type of fan do you want installed? Do you already have one? Need Jason to recommend a brand?

• Current bath fan (if applicable)
• Bath fan you want installed (if applicable)
• Overall photo of the bathroom
• Photos of the breaker (both open and closed)
• Switches for the bathroom
• Picture of the house outside of the house
• Where will the hot tub be located? To avoid additional costs, it should be at least 6ft from the house.
• Where is the electrical panel located? Basement or Garage? Is that room finished or unfinished?
• Any additional electrical devices between 6ft and 10ft of the hot tub?
